Current free services
The passport index, preparation tools and travel-book starter are free. Skylintra has no active checkout and does not collect payments in this release. There are no Skylintra purchase charges to cancel or refund.
Changing or deleting your plan
You can edit your trip or delete an account-saved trip from My trips. Deleting a plan does not remove copies on your device or downloaded PDFs. A saved plan does not reserve a flight, room, table or appointment.
Future paid services
The researched USD 20 travel book and reservation services are not on sale. Before any paid service opens, its final scope, delivery timing, revision limits, cancellation process and refund conditions will be published and presented before payment.
Purchases on other websites
When you buy directly from an airline, hotel, government authority or another provider, that seller processes the purchase. Contact the seller for cancellation or refund requests and consult its terms.
Questions or an unexpected charge
Contact partners@skylintra.com with the date, amount and merchant name if you believe a charge relates to Skylintra. Do not send full card numbers, security codes or passwords. This policy does not limit rights that apply under consumer law.
